FILM:
Introduce the activity and provide a content preview.
• Showcase yourself participating in the activity
• Discuss the benefits of the activity and how it contributes to your athletic performance
• Motivate your followers to try cross-training activities and share their experiences.
• Recap the main points and invite viewers to engage with your content.


EDIT:
1. Arrange clips in CapCut
2. Cut out boring parts, umms, etc
3.Keep edit under 60 seconds
